What to do if you have not recieved your GapInsurance123 documentsThe GapInsurance123 website is hopefully as easy to navigate as possible. When you purchase a policy our system sends you an automated email, giving you access to the policy documents via download links. This email should be with you within moments of the policy being processed.
We can find on occasion, that you may not find the email in your inbox immediately. We can assure you this is not because we have not sent it! There can be a number of reasons for this, including:
- A typographical error in entering your email address
- The email has been redirected to a 'junk' or 'trash' folder on your email client
- Your email client has filters in place that are blocking the email from being delivered.
What can you do to find your email from GapInsurance123?
Firstly, please check the 'junk' and 'trash' folders, this can the simplest solution in many cases.
If the email is not there, please check your email client does not have filters set to block our emails. You can follow the directions for a number of generic email clients by following these links:
